Men´s health – what to do once you are 40+?
At the age of 40 a man may not yet have reached half of his lifetime but still ist is about time to think about strategies to stay in good shape. Some basic factors significantly contribute to that, irrespective of all other underlying conditions:
1. work out
2. drink in moderation
3. eat in moderation
4. do not smoke
It is not uncommon that problems exist that cannot be determined by sheer slef monitoring, such as elevated cholesterol levels. These problems in turn very often interfere with a good erection. Since urologists have to keep that in mind it is obvious that the whole man will be scrutinized, not just the prostate!
